Oricon: Gakuen Hakkenden Boys-Love Anime in the Works
The Oricon entertainment news source reports on Sunday that a second stage play and an anime adaptation are in the works for Gakuen Hakkenden, Kō Amami and Aki Kuruwa's fantasy romance boys-love manga. In this multimedia project, scriptwriter Amami re-imagines Nansō Satomi Hakkenden, Kyokutei Bakin's famous epic novel about eight samurai who serve the Satomi clan during Japan's tumultuous Sengoku (Warring States) era.
Just as in traditional kabuki plays, male actors are auditioning for all of the roles in the second play — including all of the female characters. Already casted in the first play are several veterans of The Prince of Tennis musical, such as Kenn (Miracle Train ~Ōedo-sen e Yōkoso~, Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monster GX), Yuki Tsujimoto, and Ryuko Isogai.
STC Jimukyoku collaborated on a stage musical adaptation of Idea Factory's female-oriented Hiiro no Kakera visual novel game before working on the stage versions of Gakuen Hakkenden. Masatsugu Takase (The Last Samurai) is serving as the plays' action director. The first play will run in Tokyo's Ikebukuro Theater Green from July 14 to July 19, while the second play will run in Tokyo's Shinagawa Rikkōkai Hall in December.
The original Hakkenden novel already inspired the Hakkenden: Legend of the Dog Warriors video anime series (Geneon Entertainment) and the 1999 science-fiction television anime re-imagining, Shin Hakkenden.
The original Gakuen Hakkenden manga just launched in Kobunsha's Purial magazine this past April, and the first compiled book volume is slated for next year.
14-Year-Old Arrested for Leaking Manga on YouTube
Kyoto's High-Tech Crime Task Force and other police units have arrested a 14-year-old middle-school student on Monday for allegedly distributing One Piece and other manga on the YouTube website before the manga's official release dates. The unnamed male suspect comes from Nagoya in Aichi Prefecture southwest of Tokyo. According to the police, this is Japan's first arrest for alleged copyright infringement on YouTube.
The teenager is suspected of uploading One Piece, Naruto, Major, and one other work as videos between December 22, 2009 and February 9, 2010. The suspect reportedly admitted to photographing the manga, page by page, and uploading the images as videos without authorization. The police are investigating the details of how the suspect obtained the manga before release.
The America-based YouTube is the world's most-visited video-sharing website. Over 10 million people use the site in Japan alone. The public relations department of Shueisha, the publisher of the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine that runs One Piece and Naruto, told the Yomiuri Shimbun paper, "These acts of copyright infringement are truly regrettable. To protect manga culture and the rights of manga creators, we're taking every available measure."

One of those arrested was a 17-year-old Tokyo student who allegedly uploaded Weekly Shonen Jump every week on the Thursday before the official Monday release date from February 15 to April 5, 2007. All three reportedly used the Winny peer-to-peer file-sharing network to distribute the scanned manga.
Japan's Copyright Law prohibits unauthorized uploaders but expressly allowed people to download for private use until this year. Last June, the Japanese parliament passed an amendment that will make it illegal to knowingly download copyrighted material without authorization for the first time. The new law went into effect on January 1, 2010.

Not-So-Daily Link of the Day: The famed anime studio Tatsunoko Production has launched a project to turn singer Namie Amuro into a "Tatsunoko-esque," "anime-like" character. The collaborative project's illustrations will adorn items that will be sold during Amuro's latest concert tour, and they will also be used for mobile phone content. The studio collaborated with Amuro's talent agency, Vision Factory, on the "Amuro Meets Tatsunoko!" project.
Starting on Thursday, the "Namie Amuro Past < Future Tour 2010" event venders and Vision Factory's website are selling 12-packs of "Namie Amuro Original Coca-Cola zero" and "Tatsunoko Production x Namie Amuro Collabo-Cookie" sets. Starting next month, Vision Factory's official mobile website will also release a "kisekae" (customization or literally, "dress-up") kit. With the digital kisekae kit, users can put the character on their phones' standby screens, menu screens, and incoming-call screens.
Tatsunoko created Gatchaman, Yatterman, Hutch, the Honeybee, and many other classic television anime series. Another popular anime studio, Sunrise, had worked with Kamikaze Douga and Telecom Animation Film to animate Amuro in the 2009 music video for the "Defend Love" single from her Past < Future album. In the video, Namie Amuro meets another Amuro — Amuro Ray, the main character of the Mobile Suit Gundam anime franchise. Kamikaze Douga, Sunrise Ogikubo Studio, and Studio Jack animated an earlier music video for her "Dr." song.

2nd Man Arrested for Uploading Anime via Perfect Dark
Big Windup! allegedly shared with software that promised better user anonymity
The Sports Nippon newspaper reports that Kyoto's High-Tech Crime Task Force has arrested a 43-year-old self-employed man named Noriaki Matsumoto on Thursday for allegedly uploading anime online, without the copyright holders' permission, using the Perfect Dark file-sharing software. Other people have been arrested for uploading anime online, but Matsumoto is only the second known person arrested for using Perfect Dark, a "next-generation" program which was intended to maintain its users' anonymity better than its predecessors. (The Perfect Dark file-sharing program has no relation to the Nintendo 64/Xbox Live Arcade game of the same name.)
According to the High-Tech Crime Task Force, the Okayama police, and the Saga police, the Osaka-based suspect uploaded about a thousand files, including anime. In particular, Matsumoto is suspected of distributing the Ookiku Furikabutte (Big Windup!) television anime from his personal computer at home on May 14. According to the Kyoto police, the suspect admitted that he thought he would not get caught because he was using Perfect Dark. Takayuki Marubashi, a 37-year resident of the town of Kamisato northwest of Tokyo, was arrested in January as the first suspect accused of using Perfect Dark to upload anime (specifically, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood).
People Arrested for Using Earlier Share Program
Last November, police in Japan arrested 11 people for allegedly sharing films, music, anime, games, and other content using an earlier program called Share. The uploaded anime reportedly included Ranma ½, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Dragon Ball Kai, Fresh Precure!, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Lucky Star. The first three people accused of using the Share file-sharing program were arrested in May of 2008 in three different prefectures. These three suspects reportedly shared anime from the Gundam franchise.
History of Winny, Share, and Perfect Dark
An even earlier peer-to-peer file-sharing software called Winny was developed in 2002 by a then anonymous computer engineering research assistant known as "47-shi" ("Mr. 47"). The software promised anonymity for its users, but the High-Tech Crime Task Force found flaws in its integrated forum feature. After two users were arrested for sharing copyrighted material using Winny in 2003, the developer was identified as Isamu Kaneko of the University of Tokyo and was also arrested. He was convicted and sentenced with a 1.5-million-yen (about US$12,000) fine, but was then acquitted last October.
During Kaneko's arrest and trial, another anonymous developer created the Share program which promised better protection of users' anonymity on Winny's file-sharing network. Since security researchers also found flaws in Share in 2006, other successor applications such as Perfect Dark have been developed.

GetBackers manga artist Rando Ayamine wrote a blog post on Tuesday to explain why Oniwaka to Ushiwaka: Edge of the World, his current manga with GetBackers co-creator Yuya Aoki, did not appear in Wednesday's issue of Weekly Shonen Magazine. According to Ayamine, he was unable to turn in the latest manga installment's draft since he had gone through "major depression." He is now convalescing, but he did not specify when the manga will return. He apologized to his readers who were waiting for his story to continue.
Oniwaka to Ushiwaka: Edge of the World launched in April in Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine, the same magazine that ran Ayamine and Aoki's GetBackers manga. The story of the new manga is set during the late Heian era eight centuries ago, when the Taira samurai clan held power and just before the rise of the shogunate in Japan. This historical fantasy re-imagines the adventures of the real-life samurai leader Minamoto no Yoshitsune (Ushiwaka) and his loyal warrior monk Musashibō Benkei (Oniwaka).

Not-So-Daily Link of the Day: The famed anime studio Tatsunoko Production has launched a project to turn singer Namie Amuro into a "Tatsunoko-esque," "anime-like" character. The collaborative project's illustrations will adorn items that will be sold during Amuro's latest concert tour, and they will also be used for mobile phone content. The studio collaborated with Amuro's talent agency, Vision Factory, on the "Amuro Meets Tatsunoko!" project.
Starting on Thursday, the "Namie Amuro Past < Future Tour 2010" event venders and Vision Factory's website are selling 12-packs of "Namie Amuro Original Coca-Cola zero" and "Tatsunoko Production x Namie Amuro Collabo-Cookie" sets. Starting next month, Vision Factory's official mobile website will also release a "kisekae" (customization or literally, "dress-up") kit. With the digital kisekae kit, users can put the character on their phones' standby screens, menu screens, and incoming-call screens.
Tatsunoko created Gatchaman, Yatterman, Hutch, the Honeybee, and many other classic television anime series. Another popular anime studio, Sunrise, had worked with Kamikaze Douga and Telecom Animation Film to animate Amuro in the 2009 music video for the "Defend Love" single from her Past < Future album. In the video, Namie Amuro meets another Amuro — Amuro Ray, the main character of the Mobile Suit Gundam anime franchise. Kamikaze Douga, Sunrise Ogikubo Studio, and Studio Jack animated an earlier music video for her "Dr." song.

2nd Man Arrested for Uploading Anime via Perfect Dark
Big Windup! allegedly shared with software that promised better user anonymity
The Sports Nippon newspaper reports that Kyoto's High-Tech Crime Task Force has arrested a 43-year-old self-employed man named Noriaki Matsumoto on Thursday for allegedly uploading anime online, without the copyright holders' permission, using the Perfect Dark file-sharing software. Other people have been arrested for uploading anime online, but Matsumoto is only the second known person arrested for using Perfect Dark, a "next-generation" program which was intended to maintain its users' anonymity better than its predecessors. (The Perfect Dark file-sharing program has no relation to the Nintendo 64/Xbox Live Arcade game of the same name.)
According to the High-Tech Crime Task Force, the Okayama police, and the Saga police, the Osaka-based suspect uploaded about a thousand files, including anime. In particular, Matsumoto is suspected of distributing the Ookiku Furikabutte (Big Windup!) television anime from his personal computer at home on May 14. According to the Kyoto police, the suspect admitted that he thought he would not get caught because he was using Perfect Dark. Takayuki Marubashi, a 37-year resident of the town of Kamisato northwest of Tokyo, was arrested in January as the first suspect accused of using Perfect Dark to upload anime (specifically, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood).
People Arrested for Using Earlier Share Program
Last November, police in Japan arrested 11 people for allegedly sharing films, music, anime, games, and other content using an earlier program called Share. The uploaded anime reportedly included Ranma ½, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Dragon Ball Kai, Fresh Precure!, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Lucky Star. The first three people accused of using the Share file-sharing program were arrested in May of 2008 in three different prefectures. These three suspects reportedly shared anime from the Gundam franchise.
History of Winny, Share, and Perfect Dark
An even earlier peer-to-peer file-sharing software called Winny was developed in 2002 by a then anonymous computer engineering research assistant known as "47-shi" ("Mr. 47"). The software promised anonymity for its users, but the High-Tech Crime Task Force found flaws in its integrated forum feature. After two users were arrested for sharing copyrighted material using Winny in 2003, the developer was identified as Isamu Kaneko of the University of Tokyo and was also arrested. He was convicted and sentenced with a 1.5-million-yen (about US$12,000) fine, but was then acquitted last October.
During Kaneko's arrest and trial, another anonymous developer created the Share program which promised better protection of users' anonymity on Winny's file-sharing network. Since security researchers also found flaws in Share in 2006, other successor applications such as Perfect Dark have been developed.
Japan's Copyright Law prohibits unauthorized uploaders but expressly allowed people to download for private use until this year. Last June, the Japanese parliament passed an amendment that will make it illegal to knowingly download copyrighted material without authorization for the first time. The new law went into effect on January 1, 2010.

Terkadang pada akhirnya , kau mendengarkan semua orang , tetapi kau lupa mendengar suara yang paling penting yaitu dirimu sendiri.
Bertahanlah dengan nilai-nilaimu. Lebih baik menjadi orang yang baik dan ramah.
Jangan biarkan orang lain menghinamu. Apa yang dikatakan orang lain tidak selalu benar dan aku harus percaya pada diri sendiri. Aku tahu bahwa aku berharga dan semua perkataan orang lain yang menyakitkan tentang diriku tidaklah benar. Aku tak percaya pada mereka dan tak membiarkan kebencian mereka memengaruhiku. Carilah sesuatu yang positif dan membuatmu merasa lebih baik. Entah itu menari , berenang , ataupun melukis , carilah sesuatu yang menyehatkan dan membuatmu bahagia serta senang menjalaninya.

Tingkatkan harga dirimu
Sekarang ini , harga diri tampak seperti omong kosong belakang. Karena terlalu sering mendengarnya , kau mungkin enggan mendengarnya lagi.
Apa sebenarnya harga diri itu? Harga diri artinya merasa yakin dan puas terhadap diri sendiri. Kau merasa bangga , bahagia , dan menyukai dirimu sendiri. Yang perlu diketahui adalah bahwa harga diri yang sejati muncul ketika kau berpikir dan bertindak dengan cara yang bisa kau banggakan , ketika dari lubuk hatimu kau merasa nyaman terhadap dirimu sendiri.
“harga diriku sulit meningkat. Tapi aku ingin. Aku membaca banyak buku tentang cara menghargai diri sendiri dan memanfaatkan hal-hal yang berguna bagi diriku.”
Cara mendapatkan harga diri dari dalam adalah dengan memusatkan perhatian pada diri sendiri secara keseluruhan --- tubuh , pikiran , dan semangat.
9 hal yang bisa di lakukan :
1.Bicaralah pada dirimu sendiri dan bersikaplah manis. Tinggi rendahnya harga dirimu tergantung pada ucapanmu pada diri sendiri. Kau memiliki 60 ribu macam pikiran yang berputar di kepala sepanjang hari. Dan 95% diantaranya adalah pikiran yang sama denagn yang berputar di benakmu kemarin. Dan bagi kabanyakan orang , 80% diantaranya adalah oikiran negatif. Kau merendahkan diri sendiri. Kau berpikir , “aku bodoh. Aku tak saggup melakukan hal ini.”
Ucapan dan pikiran kita akan menciptakan zat kimiawi dalam tubuh. Zat kimiawi ini memengaruhi kesehatan dan perasaan! Pikiran positif merupakan obat yang sesungguhnya.
Jadi , tempat untuk memulainya adalah dengan memerhatikan apa yang kau katakana pada dirimu sendiri , lalu berhentilah mengucapkan kata-kata yang embuatmu leamh , seperti :
-Tidak bisa
-Harus
-Seharusnya
setiap kali kau mengucapkan kata-kata semacam ini , kau memperlemah diri sendiri. Inilah contoh pikiran negatif :
-Aku bodoh.
-Aku gemuk
-Aku tidak berharga
“Aku” adalah frasa yang paling kuat. Kau bisa mengganti kata-kata negatif di atas dan mendapatkan efek sebaliknya :
-Aku bisa melakukannya
-Aku orang yang baik.
2.Hindari orang yang mulutnya beracun. Orang yang mulutnya beracun adalah orang yang suka mengritik , menggosipkan , dan menghinamu. Kau dipengaruhi oleh perkataan orang-orang disekelilingmu. Tak peduli betapa kuatnya dirimu , pesan mereka masih bisa masuk dan memengaruhimu. Lebih baik , habiskan waktu dengan orang yang suka mengasuh , membimbing , dan mendukungmu , serta orang yang mendorongmu untuk menjadi dirimu yang sesungguhnya.
3.Aktif secara fisik. Gerakkan tubuhmu. Jika kau merasa bahagia secara fisik , kau juga akan bahagia secara emosional. Olahraga akan memberimu energi “tinggi” dari zat kimiawi yang disebut endorfin. Saat kau latihan , kau memulai reaksi berantai yang membuatmu bahagia terhadap diri sendiri.
4.Banyak-banyak minum air. Air membasuh semua racun (zat yang buruk) ke luar dari tubuh. Jika kau tidak minum cukup air , maka kau akan merasa lelah dan terkadang merasa tertekan. Minumlah delapan sampai sepuluh gelas perhari.
5.Cukup tidur. Riset menunjukkan bahwa tubuh kita bekerja dalam siklus yang disebut siklus circadian. Ketika kita tidur pada saat alam pun tidur , tubuh kita merespons. Setiap jam sebelum tengah malam memberimu manfaat tidur 2x lipat dari jam-jam tidur setelah tengah malam. Jadi tidur mulai jam 10 malam sampai jam 6 pagi jauh lebih baik daripada tidur mulia tengah malam sampai jam 8 , meskipun jumlah jamnya sama.
6.Miliki hubungan dengan kuasa yang lebih tinggi. Jika kau mewawancarai orang yang berharga diri tinggi , kau akan melihat betapa mereka cenderung merasa punya hubungan dengan kuasa yang lebih tinggi dari diri mereka. Mereka mungkin menamakan kuasa ini Tuhan , Sang Sumber , atau energi universal. Ketika kau merasa menjadi bagian dari suatu kesatuan yang lebih besar , ketika kau merasa terhubung , maka kau kana merasa memiliki tujuan dalam hidupmu. Berada di alam terbuka bisa membantumu berhubungan dengan Tuhan. Berdoa juga bisa sangat membantu.
7.Meditasi. meditasi selama 15 sampai 20 menit sehari meningkatkan harga diri. Meditasi membantumu berpikir lebih jernih , kreatif , dan energik , serta hatimu terasa lebih damai.
8. Bersyukur. Mulai berlatih mengucapkan syukur. Setahu saya , inilah salah 1 cara terbaik untuk membangun harga diri. Ini akan membuatmu terbiasa memadang hidupmu sebagai gelas yang setengah penuh , dan bukan setengah kosong , yang akan membantumu untuk menjadi lebih optimis. Setiap malam , pikirkan atau tuliskan 5 hal yang kau syukuri hari itu. Misalnya :
“Aku bersyukur karena mengalami saat-saat yang menyenangkan dengan temanku hari ini.”
“Aku bersyukur karena merasa sehat”
“Aku bersyukur karena bisa melihat matahari terbenam yang indah.”
“Aku bersyukur karena tidak perlu mencemaskan makanan untuk hari ini.”
“Aku bersyukur karena hari ini mampu bertahan di tempat senam.”
Lakukan hal ini selama 21 hari. Itu adalah jumlah waktu yang diperlukan untuk membentuk kebiasaan baru , sehingga kau berpeluang besar untuk melanjutkan.
9.Dengarkan suara hatimu. Kita memiliki pemahaman akan diri sendiri dalam hati , dalam solar plexus (jaringan saraf simpatis yang terdapat di belakang lambung dan di depan aorta) , yang kerap kita abaikan. Ketika kau merasa tidak bahagia dengan dirimu , atau ketika kau menghadapi suatu masalah , biarkan suara hatimu yang berbicara.
Sebelum kau beranjak tidur di malam hari , taruhlah selembar kertas dan pena di sisi tempat tidur. Ucapkan keras-keras atau dalam hati , “Aku tak tahu harus berbuat apa (untuk menyelesaikan masalah itu). Aku ingin suara hatiku memberitahu apa yang harus kulakukan.”
Lalu tidurlah. Begitu kau bnagun , tuangkan pikiranmu ke dalam kertas. Jangan menilai tulisanmu sendiri. Jangan kritik tulisanmu sendiri. Jangan biarkan pena itu berhenti. Pena itu akan memunculkan pesan dari suara hatimu. Bangkitlah keberanian untuk mendengarkan pesan tersebut. Kau akan tahu apa yang terbaik bagimu.
Kau memilih salah satu latihan dan melakukannya selama sbulan. Lalu pilih salah satu latihan lainnya sampai kau mencoba semua latihan itu. Setelah sembilan bulan , kau kan merasakan betapa bahagianya kau terhadap diri sendiri. Sembilan bulan kelihatannya memang lama , tapi tidak terlalu lama dibandingkan manfaat yang akan menjadikan hidupmu jauh lebih baik!!!
Apa sebenarnya harga diri itu? Harga diri artinya merasa yakin dan puas terhadap diri sendiri. Kau merasa bangga , bahagia , dan menyukai dirimu sendiri. Yang perlu diketahui adalah bahwa harga diri yang sejati muncul ketika kau berpikir dan bertindak dengan cara yang bisa kau banggakan , ketika dari lubuk hatimu kau merasa nyaman terhadap dirimu sendiri.
“harga diriku sulit meningkat. Tapi aku ingin. Aku membaca banyak buku tentang cara menghargai diri sendiri dan memanfaatkan hal-hal yang berguna bagi diriku.”
Cara mendapatkan harga diri dari dalam adalah dengan memusatkan perhatian pada diri sendiri secara keseluruhan --- tubuh , pikiran , dan semangat.
9 hal yang bisa di lakukan :
1.Bicaralah pada dirimu sendiri dan bersikaplah manis. Tinggi rendahnya harga dirimu tergantung pada ucapanmu pada diri sendiri. Kau memiliki 60 ribu macam pikiran yang berputar di kepala sepanjang hari. Dan 95% diantaranya adalah pikiran yang sama denagn yang berputar di benakmu kemarin. Dan bagi kabanyakan orang , 80% diantaranya adalah oikiran negatif. Kau merendahkan diri sendiri. Kau berpikir , “aku bodoh. Aku tak saggup melakukan hal ini.”
Ucapan dan pikiran kita akan menciptakan zat kimiawi dalam tubuh. Zat kimiawi ini memengaruhi kesehatan dan perasaan! Pikiran positif merupakan obat yang sesungguhnya.
Jadi , tempat untuk memulainya adalah dengan memerhatikan apa yang kau katakana pada dirimu sendiri , lalu berhentilah mengucapkan kata-kata yang embuatmu leamh , seperti :
-Tidak bisa
-Harus
-Seharusnya
setiap kali kau mengucapkan kata-kata semacam ini , kau memperlemah diri sendiri. Inilah contoh pikiran negatif :
-Aku bodoh.
-Aku gemuk
-Aku tidak berharga
“Aku” adalah frasa yang paling kuat. Kau bisa mengganti kata-kata negatif di atas dan mendapatkan efek sebaliknya :
-Aku bisa melakukannya
-Aku orang yang baik.
2.Hindari orang yang mulutnya beracun. Orang yang mulutnya beracun adalah orang yang suka mengritik , menggosipkan , dan menghinamu. Kau dipengaruhi oleh perkataan orang-orang disekelilingmu. Tak peduli betapa kuatnya dirimu , pesan mereka masih bisa masuk dan memengaruhimu. Lebih baik , habiskan waktu dengan orang yang suka mengasuh , membimbing , dan mendukungmu , serta orang yang mendorongmu untuk menjadi dirimu yang sesungguhnya.
3.Aktif secara fisik. Gerakkan tubuhmu. Jika kau merasa bahagia secara fisik , kau juga akan bahagia secara emosional. Olahraga akan memberimu energi “tinggi” dari zat kimiawi yang disebut endorfin. Saat kau latihan , kau memulai reaksi berantai yang membuatmu bahagia terhadap diri sendiri.
4.Banyak-banyak minum air. Air membasuh semua racun (zat yang buruk) ke luar dari tubuh. Jika kau tidak minum cukup air , maka kau akan merasa lelah dan terkadang merasa tertekan. Minumlah delapan sampai sepuluh gelas perhari.
5.Cukup tidur. Riset menunjukkan bahwa tubuh kita bekerja dalam siklus yang disebut siklus circadian. Ketika kita tidur pada saat alam pun tidur , tubuh kita merespons. Setiap jam sebelum tengah malam memberimu manfaat tidur 2x lipat dari jam-jam tidur setelah tengah malam. Jadi tidur mulai jam 10 malam sampai jam 6 pagi jauh lebih baik daripada tidur mulia tengah malam sampai jam 8 , meskipun jumlah jamnya sama.
6.Miliki hubungan dengan kuasa yang lebih tinggi. Jika kau mewawancarai orang yang berharga diri tinggi , kau akan melihat betapa mereka cenderung merasa punya hubungan dengan kuasa yang lebih tinggi dari diri mereka. Mereka mungkin menamakan kuasa ini Tuhan , Sang Sumber , atau energi universal. Ketika kau merasa menjadi bagian dari suatu kesatuan yang lebih besar , ketika kau merasa terhubung , maka kau kana merasa memiliki tujuan dalam hidupmu. Berada di alam terbuka bisa membantumu berhubungan dengan Tuhan. Berdoa juga bisa sangat membantu.
7.Meditasi. meditasi selama 15 sampai 20 menit sehari meningkatkan harga diri. Meditasi membantumu berpikir lebih jernih , kreatif , dan energik , serta hatimu terasa lebih damai.
8. Bersyukur. Mulai berlatih mengucapkan syukur. Setahu saya , inilah salah 1 cara terbaik untuk membangun harga diri. Ini akan membuatmu terbiasa memadang hidupmu sebagai gelas yang setengah penuh , dan bukan setengah kosong , yang akan membantumu untuk menjadi lebih optimis. Setiap malam , pikirkan atau tuliskan 5 hal yang kau syukuri hari itu. Misalnya :
“Aku bersyukur karena mengalami saat-saat yang menyenangkan dengan temanku hari ini.”
“Aku bersyukur karena merasa sehat”
“Aku bersyukur karena bisa melihat matahari terbenam yang indah.”
“Aku bersyukur karena tidak perlu mencemaskan makanan untuk hari ini.”
“Aku bersyukur karena hari ini mampu bertahan di tempat senam.”
Lakukan hal ini selama 21 hari. Itu adalah jumlah waktu yang diperlukan untuk membentuk kebiasaan baru , sehingga kau berpeluang besar untuk melanjutkan.
9.Dengarkan suara hatimu. Kita memiliki pemahaman akan diri sendiri dalam hati , dalam solar plexus (jaringan saraf simpatis yang terdapat di belakang lambung dan di depan aorta) , yang kerap kita abaikan. Ketika kau merasa tidak bahagia dengan dirimu , atau ketika kau menghadapi suatu masalah , biarkan suara hatimu yang berbicara.
Sebelum kau beranjak tidur di malam hari , taruhlah selembar kertas dan pena di sisi tempat tidur. Ucapkan keras-keras atau dalam hati , “Aku tak tahu harus berbuat apa (untuk menyelesaikan masalah itu). Aku ingin suara hatiku memberitahu apa yang harus kulakukan.”
Lalu tidurlah. Begitu kau bnagun , tuangkan pikiranmu ke dalam kertas. Jangan menilai tulisanmu sendiri. Jangan kritik tulisanmu sendiri. Jangan biarkan pena itu berhenti. Pena itu akan memunculkan pesan dari suara hatimu. Bangkitlah keberanian untuk mendengarkan pesan tersebut. Kau akan tahu apa yang terbaik bagimu.
Kau memilih salah satu latihan dan melakukannya selama sbulan. Lalu pilih salah satu latihan lainnya sampai kau mencoba semua latihan itu. Setelah sembilan bulan , kau kan merasakan betapa bahagianya kau terhadap diri sendiri. Sembilan bulan kelihatannya memang lama , tapi tidak terlalu lama dibandingkan manfaat yang akan menjadikan hidupmu jauh lebih baik!!!

Huff minggu lalu banyak hal yang telah terjadi mulai dari saya mempercepat jadwal keberangkatan saya ke JOGYA hingga saya sakit ^_^ …
Hey saya cukup kerepotan dengan jadwal keberangkatan saya ke jogya yang tadinya bulan depan di majukan jadi hari kamis minggu ini … Yay minggu depan saya bisa menceritakan pengalaman liburan saya disana … walaupun itu bisa dibilang bukan liburan bagi saya … hahaha kalian pasti bingung … saya ke yogya karena saya punya misi tersendiri … misi saya hanya untuk menjaga teman saya agar dia tetap aman selama dia bertemu dengan pacarnya (saya hanya kuatir jika dia pergi sendiri untuk bertemu dengan pacarnya … saya tidak tahu kenapa saya bisa kuatir tapi bagi saya lebih penting menghabiskan uang dan waktu saya untuk ikut dia ke yogya … saya tidak mau sesuatu yang buruk terjadi sama dia) dan saya butuh relax dari semua masalah yang sedang saya hadapin … siapa tahu aja sesudah saya pulang dari sana … pikiran saya bisa jauh lebih baik dari sekarang … then saya akan tetap meng upload beberapa photo di jogya (jika ada dan photo itu bagus hahaha terkadang saya hanya photo hal-hal yang tidak penting maklum lah bukan bidang saya sih hahaha) juga mungkin beberapa cerita tapi jangan harap oleh-oleh ya karena saya disana itu super hemat hahaha jadi saya rasa tidak akan membeli oleh-oleh … lagian juga jika kalian mau oleh-oleh silakan ke rumah saya ya hari minggu depan itu juga jika kalian tahu dimana rumah saya hahaha …

Cerita singkat : Disini kita adalah sahabat sehingga kita bisa berterus-terang betapa kita pernah menyukai seseorang , tetapi kita hanya bertepuk sebelah tangan. Tanyakan pada dirimu sendiri , kenapa orang itu tidak menyukaiku? Jika jawabanmu selain “karena orang itu jelas-jelas tak punya citarasa” , berarti kita bisa melanjutkan pembicaraan ini.
Pikirkan. Jika ada seseorang yang tidak membalas rasa suka sahabatmu , apa yang akan kamu katakana padanya? Mungkin karena jelek? Tidak mungkin , karena kamu tahu betapa cantik/gantengnya dia , dan setiap orang yang tidak melihat itu berarti juga tidak pantas mengenalnya. Dan siapa sih sebenarnya sahabatmu itu? Tentu saja , Kamu!
Percayalah teman , karena kamu memanng istimewa. Sungguh. Tidak ada orang lain yang lebih istimewa dari dirimu. Ingatlah itu.
Ada 5 cara untuk menjadi sahabat bagi diri sendiri :
A. kencani diri sendiri : Lakukan hal-hal yang menyenangkan bagi dirimu sendiri , yang akan kamu lakukan untuk seseorang yang sangat ingin kamu buat jatuh cinta padamu. Belilah hadiah-hadiah yang berkesan untukmu sendiri , Buatlah kue-kue favorit (beli jika kamu tidak bisa membuatnya) untukmu sendiri , dan ajaklah dirimu sendiri ke tempat-tempat yang sangat ingin kamu kunjungi (cuek aja : meski kamu Cuma ingin pergi ke museum atau bioskop? Pergilah sendiri! Dapatkah kamu bayangkan teman yang lebih baik selain dirimu sendiri?)
B. Turuti kata hatimu : Luangkan waktu setidaknya satu malam setiap minggunya , dan lakukan sesuatu khusus untuk dirimu. (saya tahu kamu sibuk! Tapi jika sahabat kamu mengajakmu berjalan-jalan satu malam saja minggu ini , kamu pasti akan meluangkan waktu , bukan? Lakukan hal tersebut untuk dirimu yang sangat berharga ini!) Putarlah musik favoritmu …
C. Pujilah dirimu sendiri. Betapa senangnya kita , ketika seseorang berkata pakaian kita keren atau kita punya mata yang indah. Jadi , kenapa harus menunggu sampai orang lain menjadikan hidupmu terasa indah? Taruhlah surat cintamu sendiri di raungan , dan di semua tempat yang memungkinkan. Dan buatlah suatu corat-coret yang akan kamu gantung di kamar mandi atau di cermin kamar tidurmu dan bertuliskan , “Ya ampun , kamu Cantik/Ganteng sekali”.
D. Inspirasi dirimu. Menurutku , hampir semua orang pernah mengalami hari-hari sulit. Tapi ketika kamu mengalaminya , rasanya seakan-akan kamulah orang yang paling menderita di dunia ini. Kamu bukan satu-satunya. Ingatlah dirimu tentang hal-hal luar biasa yang dapat kamu lakukan! Rasanya seperti menyiram tanaman kehidupanmu , yang selalu dahaga!
Lucu sekali. Terkadang kita memikirkan hal-hal seperti :Apa aku bisa menjadi menjadi teman yang lebih baik? Pacar yang lebih baik? Anak yang lebih baik dari kedua orangtuaku? Apa aku bisa membuat orang menyukaiku? Menerimaku?
Tapi semuanya bermuara pada satu hal : Agar semua hubungan berhasil , ada satu hubungan khusus yang harus dipegang erat-erat , yaitu hubunganmu dengan diri sendiri.
Semakin baik kamu memperlakukan dirimu , semakin baik pula orang akan memperlakukan dirimu. Ketahuilah , setiap orang yang kamu temui ingin kamu membuat batasan pada cara mereka memperlakukan dirimu. Jika kamu merasa selalu diabaikan , kamu harus melihat dirimu sendiri dan seberapa besar harapannmu terhadap orang-orang itu. Mungkin kamu tak berharap banyak.
Seberapa baik hubunganmu dengan diri sendiri secara langsung memengaruhi penilaianmu terhadap diri sendiri , dan itulah yang akan dipegang oleh setiap orang yang kamu temui. Perlakukan dirimu seperti harta yang paling berharga dalam hidupmu, maka kau akan melihat betapa orang lain juga akan memperlakukanmu seperti itu.
Selama ini kamu tak pernah membuat aturan , dan malahan membiarkan orang lain mengaturmu.

A. Ketahui bahwa dirimu penting.
B. Jika kau tidak percaya pada poin A, maka “berpura-puralah sampai kau berhasil”. Katakan terus pada dirimu sendiri, “aku ini penting”, “aku keren” , dan “akulah yang terbaik” sampai kau merasakannya. Jika kau yakin pada dirimu sendiri, orang lain pun akan yakin padamu.
C. Buatlah daftar dari semua kelebihanmu , sesuatu yang unik tentang dirimu. Hanya ada satu dirimu , dan itu hebat! Lihat betapa mengagumkannya dirimu.
D. Buatlah daftar pernilaian terhadap dirimu sendiri. Kau pasti tahu , hal-hal negatif yang menurutmu dipikirkan dan dikatakan orang lain tentang dirimu. Setelah itu , ketimbang membenarkan pendapat orang lain , lebih baik caritahu bagaimana caranya agar kau bias memperbaikinya! Contoh : “aku gemuk , memang kenapa? Cuek aja lagi.” Atau buatlah stiker bertuliskan , “aku bangga jadi orang tolol.” Bersikaplah pernuh percaya diri. Jika kau menjadikannya kualitas yang menyenangkan , maka akan jadi menyenangkan!
E. Carilah cara untuk mengekspresikan diri dengan memperlihatkan bahwa apa pun yang kau katakana itu penting. Bukalah Facebook atau blog dan tuliskan pendapatmu (bias tentang apa aja) pada status atau post. Pokoknya jadilah dirimu sendiri, bersikaplah apa adanya. Ketahui , kau membantu seseorang dan memberinya inspirasi saat ia membaca tulisanmu , sehingga mereka sadar bahwa mereka tidak sendiri.
F. Tulislah surat cinta yang indah untuk dirimu sendiri --- surat yang ingin sekali kau terima dari orang lain. Tulis dan tulislah terus tentang betapa mengagumkannya dirimu , lalu kirimkan pada dirimu sendiri. Saat kau murung , tidak percaya diri , atau sedih , ambil surat tersebut dan bacalah.
